Andreea Florea

Andreea Florea is a Level 3 OISC accredited associate. She has completed an LPC at BPP Law School in Holborn and has an LLB and LLM in Law, with particular focus on immigration and international law. During her time at the firm, she has honed her skills in several areas of immigration, including (but not limited to) the following; Appendix FM applications (as a partner or parent), Sole Representative of an Overseas Business, Points-Based system applications as well as Nationality law.

Andreea is goal driven and self-motivated, relishing any new opportunities given to her whilst also learning new skills quickly and efficiently. She has extensive and varied experience in the field of immigration law, from entry clearance applications to the final stage of in the immigration process, naturalisation. She has also previously worked for a well-known Non-Governmental Organisation, where she learnt skills associated with lobbying, research, administrative and managerial experience. She has spoken at the United Nations in Geneva on behalf of an NGO.

She is deeply passionate about art, music, culture, cinema, law and human rights.

Andreea has represented personal and business clients who work and operate across all sectors. With this wide-ranging knowledge of various sectors, clients have the benefit of a full range experience. In addition Andreea has built up a specific client base in the entertainment & arts sector, including music, drama, dance and fine arts.
