Our Promises

Honesty

At Westkin we pride ourselves on our reputation for honesty, so we strive to give fair and honest advice about the strengths and weaknesses of your case. We offer a sincere assessment based on the information we have received, and we will never give false impressions in order to entice new clients. Any advice we give will be in writing and kept as a record, so as to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.

Fair pricing/Value for money

We aim to provide as much information as possible to prospective clients through our website free of charge, but we are a firm that charges for our specialist services. Our idea at Westkin is that quality service requires not only expertise, but also time, care and energy. We are not the cheapest immigration firm, but we offer market-leading immigration services for a very fair price.

The price quoted will be a fair and genuine reflection of the work which we will put into your immigration case. There will be no changes to the price, and no surprises, unless we specifically discuss it with you first. We do however require timely payment of our fees when requested.

Leading expertise

Immigration law is a rapidly changing area, and immigration lawyers must not only remain up to date with the latest developments, but also keep their clients constantly informed of any relevant changes which may affect them. At Westkin we promise that every case will be led by an expert immigration lawyer with over 10 years experience in all areas of immigration law. Our leading experts provide training to other immigration caseworkers and solicitors, and are regularly published in leading immigration law journals.

Delivery

Whatever the nature of your case we understand that the immigration process can be an uncertain and stressful experience for immigration clients. That is why we at Westkin make a promise that we will give you a firm timetable for completion of work on your case, which we will adhere to in every single case, without exception.

Hard work & effort

We believe that one of the things which differentiates us from our competitors is the time and effort we devote to helping our clients. It goes without saying that all work undertaken on your behalf will be prepared specifically for your case, and not work from other similar cases. We believe that immigration cases are won and lost on effort, so we make a promise at Westkin that we will leave no effort spare.

Confidentiality and discretion

At Westkin we fully understand our clients’ concerns regarding the confidentiality of information they provide with their immigration applications. Westkin will keep any information you provide confidential and secure. We will never share your information with third parties without your express consent, and we will ensure that any information we send out on your behalf is checked by you first. We are fully registered with the Immigration Commissioner and adhere strictly to the relevant guidelines.
