Rosy Romano

Rosy is regulated at the highest (Level 3) by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. She also has JRCM status, which means she is qualified to carry out Judicial Review work.

She studied at the Faculty of Law in Milan, Italy. During her studies she worked as a legal assistant where she gained experience in International and family law and medical negligence cases.

When she relocated to the UK in 2009, she started working for ‘Lawrence Lupin’ Solicitors where she expanded her skills and specialised in immigration. She gained extensive experience in all aspects of immigration law, with particular emphasis on asylum, detention, appeals (both 1st and Upper-tier tribunals) and personal immigration.

Rosy also has strong experience in initial and extension applications for the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa, having assisted many clients in both the £200,000 and £50,000 variation of the visa.

She initially qualified under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme at supervisor level under the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Since then she has branched into corporate and business migration and has proven herself at Westkin with her directness and being able to manage any application with the utmost professionalism. Rosy also supervises a team of Junior Associates in the office.

Rosy has represented personal and business clients who work and operate across all sectors. With this wide-ranging knowledge of various sectors, clients have the benefit of a full range experience. In addition Rosy has built up a specific client base in energy, oil & gas and shipping.
